Studio Policy & FAQ

Studio Policy

Level Up Piano does not charge an up-front term based fee or lock you into a contract. Lessons are delivered depending on the amount lesson credits you purchased.

Please find the studio policy in regard to commonly asked questions below:

What if I need to cancel a lesson?

Lessons can be rescheduled but the business must be notified via email or text at least 24 hours before the lesson is due to commence. If you're sick on the day of your lesson, you must notify via email or text before 7:00am. You will be delivered a make-up lesson at another time.

Make-up lessons or refunds are not given if lessons are cancelled within the 24 hour notice period.
Exceptions are made for unexpected compassionate reasons such as grieving a loss, health issues or government restrictions.

What type of payment system do you use?

We accept direct bank transfers or if attending in person, cash on the day.
Invoices will be sent before your lesson and once payment has been received, your account will be credited.

Is there an expiration on the lessons that I’ve purchased?

Lessons expire 6 months from the date the invoice was paid. If you’re planning on stopping and have unused lesson credits, please get in contact via email.

Do you teach on school holidays and public holidays?

Lessons are taught throughout the whole year. A 2 week break happens over the Christmas and New Year period, which all students receive an email about.
